2. Subject Matter of the Contract

We offer support in analyzing and canceling subscriptions. Our services include advice on legal options, preparation of cancellation letters, and management of the cancellation process.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when you use our services and we send you a confirmation. The initial consultation is free of charge and without obligation.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices for our services will be communicated to you before the conclusion of the contract. Payments are due within 14 days after invoicing.

5. Liability

We are liable for damages according to the statutory provisions. In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for the violation of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage.

6. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, if you are a merchant.
